INGREDIENTS:
1Bag Conchiglie Pasta, 2 Tablespoons Olive Oil, 1/2 Cup Cremini Mushrooms, 1/2 Cup Dry White Wine, 5 oz Baby Spinach, 2 Tablespoons Butter, 6 Cloves of Garlic Thinly Sliced, 3 cups marinara sauce, Crushed red pepper flakes (use to your liking), 1/2 Tablespoon Brown Sugar (optional), 2 Cups whole milk ricotta, 3 oz Grated Parmesan Cheese, 3 Tablespoon chopped Oregano, 2 teaspoon of Salt, and 1 tsp of Pepper.
